  • Support the management of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR systems and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and serve as the point of contact for external payroll providers.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of internal HR processes, policies, and guidelines.
  • Support performance management cycles, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and team development initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Play an active role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal company policies.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in HR or office management (e.g., through an internship or working student position) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Genuine interest in people-related topics, modern HR technologies, and process optimization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
